Paddock Breeding Service and Dairy Supplies, LLC acquired property from the Village of Warsaw in the Warsaw Industrial Park. Paddock Breeding Service and Dairy Supplies constructed a new 11,600 square foot facility. The building, is a single story pole barn style; houses warehouse space and offices for the business. The business employed 12 people and is expected to grow to 21 people over the next 3 years.
Request
The Company requested a PILOT agreement for temporary abatement of property tax, abatement of sales tax on construction materials and non-production equipment. Approximate value of these incentives was less than $100,000; therefore a public hearing was not scheduled. The Board approved Paddock's request at it June 27, 2013 meeting.
