Welcoming the Next Generation of Facilitators for the Wyoming County Business Fast Track Program

(WARSAW, NY) — Following the retirement of the long-time co-facilitators of the Wyoming County Business Center’s (WCBC) highly successful Fast Track program, the WCBC is proud to announce the appointment of two new facilitators: Parker Bray and Tom Schiltz. Together, they bring fresh energy, diverse experience, and a forward-thinking approach to supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs in Wyoming County.

Parker Bray joins the program as a certified Kauffman FastTrac Facilitator and brings experience as a multi-business entrepreneur based in Western New York. He has been recognized by Buffalo Business First's 5 Under 25 for his work and has been featured on Daytime Buffalo for his innovative approach to education and entrepreneurship. His work focuses on supporting hands-on learning, small business development, and community-centered ventures.

Tom Schiltz, also a certified Kauffman FastTrac Facilitator, is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a background in operations, fitness, and community development. He is the author of Aging Optional and Fit For Life, the latter of which became an Amazon Best Seller in 2023. He has founded and operated multiple successful businesses and remains actively involved in local economic and community development efforts.

Together, Tom and Parker bring fresh perspective and energy to the Wyoming County Business Center, continuing its mission to support local entrepreneurs and small business owners while fostering innovation and growth in Wyoming County.

“We are excited to welcome Parker and Tom to the Fast Track program,” said Jennifer Tyczka, Program Manager. “Their combined experience and commitment to the community will help ensure the continued success of this program and the entrepreneurs it serves.”
