Wyoming County Business Fast Track Fall 2025 Graduates

(WARSAW, NY) – The Wyoming County Business Center proudly announces the graduation of nine local entrepreneurs and their business partners from the Wyoming County Business Fast Track Program. This milestone is a testament to the county's ongoing commitment to fostering innovation, supporting small business development, and strengthening the local economy.
Each graduate brings a unique and exciting business concept to life, designed to enhance community life and drive sustainable economic growth across Wyoming County:
- Marketing Boutique - A full-service agency specializing in branding, content creation, and digital strategy for small businesses. The agency delivers tailored marketing solutions to help clients grow and engage their target audiences effectively.
- Craft Brewery - Focused on brewing pre-prohibition style ales, complemented by a menu of simple, high-quality food, the business aims to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects small-town charm and hospitality.
- Specialty Cut Flower Farm - Located on the historic Humphrey House property, the farm will offer retail and wholesale fresh and dried flower stems, on-site workshops, guided tours, and a demonstration garden promoting sustainable and regenerative gardening practices adaptable for home use.
- Neighborhood Grocery Store - The owner of a mixed-use property in Pike plans to reopen the ground-floor storefront as a neighborhood grocery store. With a residential unit above, the goal is to revitalize the space and provide convenient, fresh food options to the community, bringing new life to a longtime local favorite.
- Kindred Designs - A creative business producing seasonal and lifestyle home décor and apparel inspired by nostalgia, magic, and vintage-modern aesthetics. Products feature original artwork, CNC woodworking, and custom-designed fabrics, offering customers meaningful and story-driven pieces for their homes and wardrobes.
- Calvert Machining and Consulting Services (CMC Services) - A machine shop and consulting firm offering custom fabrication, machining, and hands-on training services. Specializing in precision manufacturing solutions and technical consulting for small to mid-sized industrial clients.
- Childcare Center - Dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care in Perry, NY, focused on creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that supports the development of young children.
- Metal Fabrication Business - Specializing in metalworking and precision design, the business will provide custom-built parts and structures tailored to client specifications, serving a wide range of industries and applications.
- ZTile - A professional tile installation and design company specializing in custom kitchen and bathroom projects. ZTile combines craftsmanship and creativity to deliver high-end tilework tailored to each client’s vision.
“These graduates have refined their business concepts and built lasting relationships that strengthen our business community,” said Jennifer Tyczka, Program Manager. “Their collaboration, energy, and creativity throughout the program were inspiring and reflect the kind of supportive ecosystem we are proud to foster in Wyoming County.”
Participants completed a comprehensive 10-week course covering core business fundamentals, including feasibility analysis, market research, financial forecasting, and sales strategy. Led by business leaders Jeff Fitch and Mike Fitch and enhanced by local guest speakers, the sessions provided a hands-on, interactive learning experience that encouraged peer collaboration and real-world application.
Affiliated with the Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac® program, the Wyoming County Business Center customizes its curriculum to meet the unique needs of local entrepreneurs. Through access to low-interest financing, ongoing technical support, and a mentorship network, graduates emerge prepared to launch and grow sustainable businesses.
"The success of our graduates demonstrates the importance of comprehensive business planning and targeted training,” said Jim Pierce, President of the Wyoming County Business Center. “Many Fast Track alumni have secured financing and established flourishing businesses, contributing to job growth in Wyoming County, emphasizing the program's role in economic development."
In partnership with the Wyoming County Business Education Council, the Wyoming County Business Center provided Kaylie Emmons, a graduate from Letchworth Central School, the opportunity to attend the Wyoming County Business Fast Track Program with a full scholarship-demonstrating an investment in Wyoming County’s next generation of entrepreneurs.
The next cycle of the Wyoming County Business Fast Track Program begins March 17, 2026, at the Ag & Business Center in Warsaw. Classes will be held every Tuesday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for ten weeks.
The program is made possible through the support of the Wyoming County Business Center Board of Directors, the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, and generous sponsors, including Tompkins Community Bank, Complete Payroll, Robert D. Strassel, Esq., Five Star Bank, and workforce development resources from Community Action for Wyoming County.
