Company History
TPI Arcade, LLC is an aluminum sand casting foundry that specializes in the V-Process method of sand casting. The 55,000 total square-foot facility houses state-of-the-art computer controlled equipment run by manufacturing experts. TPI provides a multitude of services not always available from other casting suppliers including Aluminum V-Process manufacturing, CNC machining, finishing and subassembly and CAD/CAM systems to receive, integrate and generate numerically controlled programs for rapid, accurate patterns and component machining.
Project Description
TPI Arcade has determined a need for a 2500 sq. ft. addition to the existing office space to provide 6 more offices to allow staff more room, additional bathrooms and meeting room space.
Request
The Company requests abatement of sales tax on construction materials and non-production equipment, and a PILOT agreement for temporary abatement of property tax using the Standard UTEP Project Schedule. Approximate value of these incentives is expected to be less than $100,000; therefore, a public hearing was not necessary
