Perry Community Solar, LLC proposes the installation of a 3MW; ground-mounted, community solar energy generation array in the Village of Perry, NY. The project will cover approximately 7.6 leased acres and will have a total cost of $7,638,218. The Village of Perry will be the Lead Agent concerning the SEQR requirements for this project. The Village of Perry has negotiated a Host Community Agreement with Genie Solar Energy, LLC with the terms of $5,000 per MW Host Fee and PILOT payment at an 80% Host/20% PILOT split, over 20 years. The IDA has signed a PILOT Agreement with the Company.

Hillcrest has plans for the construction of a 15,800 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building to serve as a crane building. The expansion of its facility will allow Hillcrest to keep up with increased demand, improve efficiency and expand its coating division. The total capital investment of $2,095,000 will be self-funded

NY Bennington I, LLC is a 2.063 MW solar project which will consist of racking, solar modules, inverter, electric wiring and other system components required for the installation and operation of this solar generating system. The project will cover approximately 15 acres on Church Road in the Town of Bennington and will have a total cost of $4,808,266.

Elitsac has plans for the construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. post frame building to replace the 100 year old building, to serve as office space and allow for better efficiencies, improve customer experience and business expansion. The total capital investment of $1,691,800 is planned.

TPI Arcade has determined a need for a 2500 sq. ft. addition to the existing office space to provide 6 more offices to allow staff more room, additional bathrooms and meeting room space. The Company funded project is estimated to be a $460,750 capital investment. TPI Arcade, LLC currently employs 83 people and expects to create 6 new jobs over the next 3 years.

WCBC North’s overall objective for this project is to remove the physical and chemical hazards currently associated with the site and facilitate the redevelopment of the site for a mixture of senior housing and commercial use.

Jordan plans to acquire the property at 2875 Merchant Road to use as a manufacturing facility for the Squash courts. Bringing the manufacturing of the courts closer to home will produce a better product, more cost efficient and made in the USA. The project will include the acquisition, renovations and improvements to the existing building to create a manufacturing facility for Squash Courts, with a total cost of $552,700. The project is eligible for sales tax exemption of $18,308, mortgage recording tax exemption of $3,718 and a 10-year PILOT for Real Property abatement of approximately $72,207. If approved, total incentives for the project would be estimated at $94,233.

Genie Solar Energy, LLC proposes the installation of a 3MW; ground-mounted, community solar energy generation array in the Village of Perry, NY. Park Warner LLC Plans to construct a 19,980 sq. ft. warehouse distribution facility at its existing facility located at 7420 Route 98, Arcade, NY.

Farmcraft Brewery has plans for the construction of a 9,600 sq. ft. 2 story wood framed barn style building. Farmcraft Brewery will feature an open format taproom with 30 ft. ceilings and seating for 125 guests, a 32 ft. long bar at its location at 567 Route 20A Strykersville, N.Y.

Dream Lake Campground is located at 4391 Old Buffalo Road Warsaw, New York. Keith and Patty Jarnot have operated Dream Lake Campground since 2015, along with their children Kaleb and Makenna. The existing campground has reached capacity. The expansion project includes brush clearing and grading of approximately 12 acres of land, installation of a roadway, water lines and a raised mound sewer system to service 2 bath houses, 45 new campsites and 1.75 acres pond.

Hillcrest Industries, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of crushed glass abrasives and glass beads for traffic marking and specialized blasting. Hillcrest has plans for the construction of a 125’ x 250”, (31,250 sq. ft.), pre-engineered steel building to serve as a storage warehouse and distribution of its manufactured glass beads.

Kelly’s Garage has been in business servicing the community for more than 134 years. With the evolution of fast paced technology, Kelly’s has decided it needs to expand its facility to meet demand by having inventory more readily available for distribution and allow the business to maintain its position in the agriculture sector. Kelly’s has plans for the construction of a 100’ x 160’, (16,000 sq. ft.), pre-engineered steel building to serve as fabrication and set-up of equipment.

Drasgow, Inc. is a manufacturing machine shop, which manufacturers multi-spindle screw machines, CNC milling, CNC lathes, EDM & has full-service tool room. The Company has plans for the construction of a 66’ x66’ pole building to improve material and part flow, improve efficiencies through the plant and create room for future growth.

TTI Light Industrial, LLC specializes in Millwright Services, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Manpower, Clean Room Services and Light Industrial Fabrication. Millwrights work in factories, power plants and other industrial settings to move, assemble, install or dismantle machinery.

SunEast Highview Solar, LLC proposes the installation of a 20MW, ground-mounted, utility-scale solar energy generation system in the Town of Castile, NY The project will cover approximately 83.4 leased acres and will have a total cost of $20M+.

William Proietti, owner of Marimax Properties, Inc., proposes to purchase the vacant campground in Pike, NY and reopen after remodeling and upgrades to existing structures and the addition of 50 tent sites, with and without electric and water.

Morton plans to construct a 30,000 sq. ft. clear span warehouse to use for storage of food grade salt products manufactured at the plant. The onsite product storage will reduce the need for third party warehousing and improve efficiencies and profitability.

Select Door has plans for the construction of a 6936 sq. ft. building addition to its manufacturing plant and cold storage.

Hidden Valley Animal Adventure is a unique wild animal park located in Varysburg NY. The Park is home to over 400 animals representing more than 40 species from around the world. The Park opened in 2010 offering guided wild game safari tours and featuring over 2 miles of trails on 63 acres of land. The Park also boasts a beautiful rustic restaurant and lodge which is open for lunch, dinner, weddings and special occasion bookings. Hidden Valley determined the need for additional housing for its large animals which will provide adequate protection in the winter months and allow guests to the lodge to enjoy the animals when the Park is not open for outdoor tours.

Duke Energy Renewables is a leader in developing innovative wind and solar energy solutions for customers across the country. The Company requests IDA incentives for the proposed a 20+/- megawatt (MW) AC solar photo-voltaic electric generating facility to be installed in the Town of Bennington.

Orangeville Energy Storage LLC is owned and operated by Invenergy, the largest clean energy company in the US, located in Chicago, IL. The Company requests IDA incentives for the construction and equipping of a 20+/- megawatt (MW) AC battery energy storage facility in the Town of Orangeville.

Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC is owned and operated by Invenergy, the largest clean energy company in the US, located in Chicago, IL. The Company has requested IDA Incentives for the construction of up to 13 wind turbines with a total of 76MW capacity in Wyoming County. This is a part of a 340 MW wind project being developed by Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC on over 30,000 acres of leased land in Wyoming, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.

Texas Brine Company is located at 1346 Saltvale Rd, Wyoming, NY 14591 in Wyoming County. This organization primarily operates in the Brine business / industry within the Chemicals and Allied Products sector. Texas Brine Company primarily supplies brine to the Olin Company in Niagara Falls. The Company requests a deviated PILOT agreement for temporary abatement of property tax.

Indus 19, LLC. has plans to construct a 3 story Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in the Village of Warsaw. There are no brand hotels in Wyoming County making this a much needed and anticipated project for the area. The Company requests abatement of sales tax on construction materials and non-production equipment, a PILOT agreement for temporary abatement of property tax and abatement of Mortgage recording tax.

JC Equipment Rental plans to purchase the existing building (previously the Broeder Machine Building) in South Warsaw. The Company requests abatement of sales tax on construction materials and non-production equipment, mortgage tax abatement and a PILOT agreement for temporary abatement of property tax using the Adaptive Reuse Schedule.

Java Energy will be a solar and battery energy storage facility, designed to reduce local blackouts and voltage problems due to aging grid infrastructure in the Town of Java. It will include 5 megawatts (MW) of lead-acid batteries, 1 MW of lithium-ion batteries, and 1.5 MW of solar panels, occupying approximately 7.5 acres of land.

The project which was originally approved for incentives on November 12, 2017 is now complete and the parties are ready to execute the Lease and PILOT Agreement.

The business proposes to build a 120 unit apartment complex designed to serve middle income seniors ages 55 years and older, in the Town of Warsaw. The structure will be a three story approximately 127,536 square foot fully sprinkled building.

CFI Properties, Inc. has plans to construct a 15,000 square foot addition to its existing warehouse facility. The expansion will allow the company to acquire 2 more ovens and cookie baking lines.

O'Connell acquired the buildings at 1-5, 13-15 Main Street Perry through auction two years ago with plans to refurbish the old buildings and make them usable again. The project will include renovation of the currently vacant buildings making available mixed use space with 12 apartments and 4 storefronts.

The project will include renovation of the current buildings making available accommodations to stay and enjoy the Lake in every season. The project includes the construction of a pole building, sewer and break wall, renovations to the boat house, landscaping, equipment and furnishings.

Currently Base Tech is looking, once again to expand due the acquisition of two out of state businesses.

Gary and Betty Burly, co-owners of East Hill Creamery, completed the construction of a 136 by 83 (11,288 square feet) cheese manufacturing plant in a 2 story Swiss style chalet and 50 by 70 (3,500 square feet) of caves for aging the cheese.

Marquart Bros, LLC. has completed construction of a 36,400 square feet steel building to house the expansion to its existing Potato washing and storage facility.

Orangeville Energy Storage LLC has requested that the WCIDA provide tax incentives to assist in the proposed construction and equipping of an energy storage facility to be comprised of buildings and equipment covering approximately one quarter acre.

The company has constructed a 30,375 square foot addition to its existing repair facility. Previously there were 40 people employed by T.J. Marquart, with this expansion they hope to create 40 more positions over the next three years.

The Center Street Business Center, LLC will reconstruct 28,000 square foot of space available in a vacant textile Mill on Center Street in Warsaw.

CFI Properties, Inc. has constructed a 50,000 square foot addition to its existing facility. The expansion allows the company to connect the two buildings it previously worked out of in order to make production flow more efficiently.

This project will allow CDL USA to provide better service in Western New York and increase its market share in the area.

The Business expanded the existing one screen theater to a three screen theater to increase patronage.

The A and A Railroad Corporation asked for sales tax abatement on construction materials for the maintenance and bridge rehabilitation project to replace defective bridge timbers, install new track, installation of new siding for the improvement of freight flow.

Caring Harts has continued to grow and plans to add an additional two (2) medical transport vans each year for the next two years creating 4 fulltime driver positions.

Maple Grove Enterprises expanded its facility by building a new 70 feet by 100 feet steel structure to bridge two existing buildings to allow for needed space for manufacturing and fabricating.

Paddock Breeding Service and Dairy Supplies, LLC acquired property from the Village of Warsaw in the Warsaw Industrial Park. Paddock Breeding Service and Dairy Supplies constructed a new 11,600 square foot facility.

The Company remodeled and expanded its facility which is rented to the Perry Veterinary Clinic. The project consisted of the construction of a new 7488 square foot Morton Building to be used as warehouse space and to make additional access for vet and freight trucks.

The project owner requested abatement of sales tax on non-production equipment to assist in equipment acquisition and installation at its call center facility located at 461 North Main Street Warsaw, New York.

The Beaver Hollow Conference Center expanded its facility to accommodate the Biggest Loser Niagara Camp.

The Byrncliff Resort and Conference Center expanded and upgraded its rooms and club house and offers a bed and breakfast venue.

Drasgow Inc. a machining business in the Town of Wethersfield has plans for a 6,000 square foot addition to its facility to add room for CNC Machining, tool and die work and inventory storage.

Koike Aronson, Inc. in Arcade, New York planned a 30,000 square foot addition to its manufacturing facility.

LVM Materials, owned and operated by Lee Maher in Bliss, New York, built a pallet grinding and sawdust business. The business created 6 jobs initially.
